My role also contributed to MEPS's increased visibility: supporting the narrative, structuring the pitch, preparing application dossiers… work that supported the founder's nomination among Forbes Under 30 Africa, strengthening the project's credibility with investors and institutional partners.

Beyond strategy, I ensured operational excellence: implementing simple yet effective governance, organizing delivery, defining roles, coordinating multi-teams, and creating a solid foundation for scaling.

I intervene with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, and an ability to quickly transform a vision into a concrete operational plan. My goal: help founders save time, avoid scaling mistakes, and build the foundations that truly enable them to reach the next level.

Within the Strategy & Innovation practice, I contributed to and led high-impact national and regional transformation programs in Africa and the MENA region.

I participated in the design and management of strategic and digital roadmaps, as well as the structuring of organizational transformation programs aimed at strengthening operational performance, governance, and economic inclusion.

Notably, I supported the restructuring of leading banks, intervening in organizational and operational models, enhancing digital capabilities, implementing program governance frameworks (PMO), and change management, in direct coordination with executive teams and management committees.

In parallel, I led multi-country strategic studies on gender equality and financial inclusion in 27 sub-Saharan African countries for an entity affiliated with the World Bank, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and producing operational, regulatory, and strategic recommendations for public and institutional decision-makers.

My role involved articulating strategic vision with execution, ensuring multi-stakeholder coordination, structuring executive-level deliverables, and securing decision-making for governments, financial institutions, and major regional groups.
