In this role, I developed dynamic discount algorithms that adjusted prices based on stock turnover and price sensitivity, to maximize margin and accelerate end-of-season sales.

This new pricing generated a+10% margin gaincompared to the previous year.

I also designed a brand scoring system, based on profitability, inventory, and purchase frequency, to prioritize strategic collaborations and adjust supplier negotiations.

Finally, the orchestration of Python jobs automated **80% of SQL/API flows**, freeing up time for advanced analysis and business customization, while improving responsiveness to market trends.

Implementation of a dashboard for the study of professional Padel players in France.

This was a two-part project;

Part 1 - Implementation of a processing pipeline for semi-structured PDF files.

These PDFs are from the FFT (Padel Ranking) website. Each monthly file contains over 200 pages, with each page featuring a table of over 70 players (a total of over 5000 players per file, for each gender).

Therefore, a Python application was produced for updating from an executable created for this purpose, which orchestrated the work in the following order:

- Downloading files for Men/Women from the FFT website

- Collecting raw data from the PDFs

- Transforming data to manage file quality and standardization

- Making it available in a Parquet file for analysis in Power BI.

Part 2 - Production of the analysis in Power BI Desktop

Implementation of key indicators and other information requested during various exchanges with the client.

Data Storytelling in 3 distinct approaches:

- Global KPIs, such as socio-demographic elements related to the development of Padel in France (Number of clubs, licensed players, nationalities, temporal evolutions)

- Top Players: Ranking, rank evolutions (+/-), number of points and trend evaluation

- View by Region/Club (in volumes and ranking)

Within the Data Guerlain team, I managed the design and deployment of a new BI application focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). I was involved in the migration to a GCP architecture, from requirements gathering to dashboard design and user testing.

I also highlighted data storytelling techniques to enhance the customer view.

Furthermore, I shared best practices to optimize the use of Power BI dashboards.
