Rayane Belkhir

My name is Rayane Belkhir, a student in Master 1 in Automation and Electrical Systems at the University of Lille. If my academic background reflects my rigor and my interest in technology, it is above all my varied professional experiences that have allowed me to develop real versatility and a recognized sense of service.

My role as an all-around employee at McDonald's taught me to work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Between preparing orders, cashing out, and respecting hygiene standards, I acquired rigor, efficiency, and organization. At the restaurant Le Tour du Monde, as a server runner, I strengthened my communication skills and my ability to ensure smooth service, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

My experience as an apprentice pizzaiolo at Pizza One gave me a taste for kitchen work, where precision, time management, and consistency are essential. At the Hotel The Best Titanic, as a receptionist, I developed great versatility: welcoming guests, managing reservations, night auditing, preparing the buffet, and room service. This role allowed me to represent the establishment's image and refine my interpersonal skills.

My beginnings at the Cafétéria de la Poste allowed me to discover the basics of customer service, while my role as an animator and brand ambassador for Oppizzi gave me the opportunity to promote a brand, interact with the public, and represent a positive image during events.

These diverse experiences have allowed me to acquire essential qualities: teamwork, stress management, rigor, interpersonal skills, and versatility. Today, I want to leverage these skills in a stimulating professional environment, where I can contribute to customer satisfaction while continuing my development.
