Rayan Dallel

Graduated from a hotel management program with a finance option, I had the opportunity to develop a dual skill set: on one hand, a solid understanding of operational issues in the hotel and restaurant industry, and on the other, growing expertise in financial management and management control.

My background now allows me to reorient myself towards a specialized financial management role, where my adaptability and my ability to quickly analyze complex situations will be assets.

In a few words, here will be my action strategy:

- Quick familiarization: Analysis of financial documents, internal reports, and existing processes to gain a global view of the company.

- Identification of critical costs: Evaluation of major expense items and key financial indicators (margin, profitability, etc.) to identify high-impact areas.

- Analysis of internal processes: Observation and evaluation of current procedures to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or flaws.

- Improvement recommendations: Proposal of concrete and prioritized actions to optimize cost management, streamline internal processes, and improve profitability.

- Monitoring and support: Implementation of monitoring indicators to measure progress and adjust actions as needed.
