Analysis of dilepton data collected by the ATLAS detector at CERN (13 TeV) within the framework of the Effective Field Theory (EFT) approach. Extraction of Wilson coefficients associated with new dimension-6 operators through a fit to invariant mass distributions. Work carried out within the ATLAS team at CNRS, under the supervision of LHC physicists.

Use of ROOT, Python, and statistical methods (fitting, systematic uncertainties). This internship is part of the Master 1 in Fundamental Physics at the University of Lyon 1.

Development and optimization of a dry etching process on dielectric materials, particularly quartz, at the Femto-ST Institute and the MIMENTO cleanroom. During this 3-month internship, I received in-depth practical training on various cleanroom equipment, such as plasma etching, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and profilometry. I successfully completed the experimental steps while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols, while monitoring and analyzing results to optimize the process. This experience allowed me to develop my experimental rigor, my mastery of characterization tools, and my project management skills.

Discovery internship in astrophysics focusing on the analysis of data from observations of trans-Neptunian objects (TNOs). Using orbital and photometric data from an observatory, I conducted statistical studies to classify these objects based on their dynamic characteristics, particularly to identify resonant objects. This work allowed me to develop my scientific programming skills with Python, my ability to process astronomical databases, and my statistical analysis skills. This first research experience provided me with concrete immersion into the astrophysicist profession and the functioning of a laboratory.
