Responsible for the design of tertiary projects and the conversion of existing uses. Revit BIM software. Monitoring of construction sites. Meetings throughout the missions with internal clients, followed by analysis of their needs. Creation of DCE (Design Consultation Documents) and exchange with work teams and companies. Updating of plans once the construction sites have been received and all administrative work relating to the delivery of an architectural project and linked to the construction site

Responsible for feasibility studies, building permits, and DCE for several housing projects. Presentation of concepts and projects to clients and internally. Study of social housing needs and demographic characteristics of target populations. Analysis of the financial and technical feasibility of social housing projects. Design of plans in Revit for social housing that meets standards and sustainability requirements. Application of local and national regulations concerning social housing.

Successfully managed projects within the REAP team at AREP, respecting established deadlines and budgets, and the planning of the two phases of the Rue de Bercy to Gare de Lyon requalification project.
