Throughout my career, I have participated in and led software projects for companies and startups, both nationally and internationally, working with distributed teams and end clients.

My usual role combines technical architecture, Full Stack development, and critical decision-making: from defining the technological foundation of a product to stabilizing existing applications, optimizing processes, or scaling solutions already in production.

I have worked in contexts where there was no room for improvisation: tight deadlines, direct business dependency, and the need for clear, maintainable solutions. That is where I provide the most value.

Nova Stack Developers is the structure through which I develop projects in the territory and collaborate with clients who need more than a one-off provider. My role here is not commercial: I take on technical and product management, from initial definition to production deployment.

I specifically work on projects where a technical foundation needs to be organized, decisions with real impact need to be made, and development, design, and business need to be aligned. I usually come in when the product already exists or when it needs to be built right from the start, avoiding technical debt and improvised solutions.

Through Nova Stack Developers, I also participate in projects for public administration and institutional environments, where the focus is on technical robustness, compliance, and the medium and long-term sustainability of the product.

My contribution focuses on architecture, Full Stack development, and product criteria, coordinating the different pieces so that the software is stable, scalable, and useful in the day-to-day business operations.
