The Collaborative and Messaging service aims to support the deployment of services offered by the O365 Suite.

As part of this need, my main mission is to stay up-to-date with technological watch. The objective is to stay informed about new developments concerning the O365 environment and to promote them within SNCF. Several committees are organized monthly during which I present new features.

Furthermore, I also carry out opportunity studies on new tools arriving on the O365 platform or outside of Microsoft that could compete with them.
