I understand education as a practical and individualized process; each student has a unique way of processing the world, and my job is to find their curiosity. I have learned that what is truly valuable is understanding the usefulness of what they learn. My approach is based on direct observation: I need to know the learner to help them build their own thinking tools. Theory, yes, just enough; but the focus will always be on practice and the development of a critical and autonomous mind.

I define myself as a professional with the values of practical learning 'tattooed' on me. My goal is to contribute my years of experience to aproject that values sensitivity, rigor, and a thoughtful approach to education or communication.

To do this, I rely on prior observation: I need to know the client/student to help them build their own thinking tools. Theory, yes, just enough; but the focus will always be on practice and the development of a critical and autonomous mind.

As early as the 18th century, Jean-Jacques Rousseau warned that man becomes disordered when he deviates from nature. He was not talking about a return to the wild, but about not losing the basic balance that sustains us as a species. [...]

Data on mental health, urban stress, or isolation cannot be completely detached from this material reality. It is not just an intuition: according to the WHO, one in four people will experience mental health problems during their lifetime, and various studies indicate that dense urban environments, with scarce access to green spaces and high exposure to noise, increase stress and anxiety.

And that raises an uncomfortable question: if the current model does not sustain people, who is thinking of real alternatives?

At that point—not before—initiatives that try to work in that direction begin to emerge.

Among them, proposals like ANNUA, led by landscape architect Lorena Constenla, explore a specific path: integrating living systems into everyday architecture to modify not only the aesthetics but the experience of living.
