Design of Airtable interfaces for managing the Schneider Electric booth at the Paris MarathonSPORTSApril 2026 - April 2026Paris, FranceInfiniment Sport was responsible for the Schneider Electric booth during the bib collection for the Paris Marathon 2026. The objective was to design web interfaces displayed on screens to:- Allow participants testing games at the booth to view their ranking on a leaderboard.
- Enable hostesses to collect winners' email addresses so Schneider Electric could contact them later for prize attribution.
In a cost-optimization logic, I chose to build the entire solution on Airtable. The necessary relational databases, particularly for recording times achieved in challenges, populating the leaderboard, and managing participants, were designed directly on this tool.To respect the marathon's graphic charter, I used Airtable's custom interfaces and developed specific React code to dynamically display new participants on the screens. The goal was to enhance the on-site experience with simple, fast, and intuitive digital applications.Impact achieved- 750 submissions were recorded, representing 750 participants over two and a half days.
- **The operation was a resounding success**: the Schneider Electric booth, located at the entrance of the bib collection area and usually not very busy, gained significant visibility.
