On assignment, with a global leader in the chemical industry based in Europe, as Cybersecurity Transformation Program Director for IT & OT scopes.

Context & Organization: Establishment of a group-level Infrastructure & Operations department within the IT division.

• Implement the new organization (Operations, Digital Workplace, FinOps, Build, Operational Security).

• Address the digital transformation challenges at the group level.

• Initiate a new user experience approach & accelerate digital uses.

• Initiate unified & globalized infrastructure management. Operations Management

• Propose globalized governance for the support of group solutions (O365, Operational Security, AWS).

• Obsolescence management program for countries (Construction of a project portfolio, rationalization, optimization & Cloud transformation).

• Financial bundling for Workplace, AWS delivery, Operational Security. Examples of achievements

- Establishment of a group I&O community involving all countries:

- Globalization of operations for group infrastructure solutions (Digital Workplace, O365, AWS, Operational Security); unified EDR across the group.

- Implementation of a billing process for group activities to subsidiaries/country entities.

- Implementation of globalized & widespread remote work in the context of COVID.

Context

- Merger of the technical departments of Bolloré Logistics, Bolloré Africa, Bolloré Energy, and then Bolloré Holding IT divisions.

- New governance model to be established to meet digital transformation needs.

- Address global needs for the new group, not just local ones.

- Manage global IT infrastructure and support for the group (106 countries).

Organization

- Transform teams with different histories to create a BTL technical team.

- Transform the role of teams into service centers (for central and regional).

- Propose a new organization to meet infrastructure and workplace operations needs.

- Implement a new service center model, develop Offshore competence centers.

- Establish unique global governance.

Operations

- Globalize & Manage all infrastructure and production contracts for the entire group (Microsoft, Orange, IBM, support services, VMWare, infrastructure providers, NetApp, Dell, competence centers…).

- Conduct several calls for tenders (for SOC, monitoring, messaging solutions, O365 migration, support center, …).

- Manage production & security crises in escalation, communications to senior management.

Transformation

- Rationalize central & regional infrastructures.

- Bring central & regional infrastructures up to state-of-the-art (virtualization, BCP/DRP, Security).

Specific Projects

- Microsoft Migration: 26,000 mailboxes in 9 months with different environments & infrastructures.

- Migration to a unique AD infrastructure (removal of 250 legacy domains) & unique IAM project (106 countries).

- Activation of Azure services.

- Implementation of the operational security team.
