- Coordination and Supervision: Selection of candidates for the BUT TC (4500 applications reviewed annually); Supervision of 13 groups, i.e., 300 apprentices per year (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of BUT TC); Recruitment, coordination of 60 external trainers, functional management of 5 permanent trainers.

- Training Engineering and Instructional Design: Implementation and deployment of the Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie Techniques de commercialisation (degree created in 2021); Creation of Learning and Assessment Situations related to the new BUT TC (ludification, gamification, etc.); Timetable design (20 timetables created annually, representing approximately 30,000 hours of training planned each year); Awareness-raising on pedagogical innovation and the use of digital tools in training.

- Relationships, Institutional, and Development: Institutional links with the IUT and Gustave Eiffel University, business relations with Apprenticeship Masters; Promotion of apprenticeships, CFA Descartes, and BUT TC (high school visits, conferences, trade shows).

- Qualiopi: Quality monitoring.

Global management of the structure (member of the management committee).

Instructional Design: responses to calls for tenders and design of modules and pedagogical tools;

Activity dynamization: commercial positioning, partnership development, prospecting follow-up...

; Pedagogical team animation: recruitment, internal training, pedagogical support, …;

Redesign of the structure's pedagogical project and integration of digitalization and pedagogical innovation;

Qualiopi: implementation of the quality certification process.

- Administrative management and pedagogical coordination of 4 branches of the AFEC training center (2 in Montreuil, 1 in Champigny, and 1 in Saint Maur des Fossés):

- Supervision of trainers (15 people) and the administrative team (3 people).

- Organization and deployment of customized/certified/qualifying training (professional titles, certifications, etc.).

- Dynamization and monitoring of activity: commercial positioning, partnership development, monitoring of turnover and branch activity, commercial appointments, participation in trade shows and other events.

- Instructional Design: responses to calls for tenders, design of modules and pedagogical tools.
