    The idea was simple: find the right hotels before others, gather as much useful information as possible, and then give the sales team real ammunition to approach the right contacts.

    I used data enrichment tools, scraping on professional networks, and internet monitoring to detect interesting assets, understand who owned what, who operated what, and where there might be an opportunity. All this within a logic of targeted and GDPR-compliant prospecting.

    I built the files that opened access to negotiation tables: owners, operators, brokers, investors. The goal was to approach them with a clear angle, data, an economic reading of the asset, and a clear reason to make contact.

    This method made prospecting much more precise, credible, and effective, transforming simple leads into real commercial opportunities around hotel assets.

    My somewhat crazy childhood project, which led me to organize some of Lyon's most renowned parties.

    The goal was simple: move crowds, create a strong brand, fill venues, and then turn every first-time customer into a repeat customer.

    I first focused on powerful marketing, intentionally costly at the start, to attract the first customers and quickly establish the brand. Then, the real work began: collecting data through ticketing platforms, enriching it, segmenting audiences, and creating omnichannel automation sequences to bring them back.

    SMS, WhatsApp, email, Instagram: each channel had its role in customer retention. The idea was not just to sell tickets, but to build an activatable customer base, capable of filling subsequent events faster, with less reliance on advertising.

    This method allowed me to create a simple commercial machine: attract strongly at the beginning, capture data, automate relationships, retain customers, and then increase profitability event after event.
