During this assignment, I was involved in the acquisition of an entity by BNP Cardif, where I managed all infrastructure-related aspects. My role consisted of coordinating and overseeing various technical projects to ensure smooth integration and transition.

I was responsible for managing security, network, and application components, liaising with different technical and business teams. This included planning actions, tracking technical dependencies, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure the consistency and proper execution of infrastructure work within this transformation operation.

Project: Deployment of new servers / ESX in Data Center

• Needs analysis in collaboration with network and data center teams to define project scope.

• Risk identification, high-level planning, and effort estimation.

• Procurement management: requesting supplier quotes and coordinating with the internal purchasing department.

• Facilitating project meetings: Kick-Off, Project Committee (CoProj), and Steering Committee (CoPil).

• Receiving and synchronizing equipment with logistics teams.

• Creating standardized workflows for network configuration, server/ESX racking, and operating system deployment (Windows & Linux).

• Tracking actions with various teams, analyzing and resolving blockers.

• Ensuring RUN during the warranty period to guarantee service continuity.

Technical environment: Servers, ESX, Windows, Linux, international environment.

Key results:

• Deployment of +50 servers and ESX in an international environment without critical interruption.

• Adherence to deadlines and budget while ensuring compliance with operational standards.

• Improved inter-team collaboration through the implementation of clear and reproducible workflows.

Project 1: Reconstruction of a vital application within a CIS (Center of Internet Security) zone according to ANSSI rules.

Project 2: Migration of a savings application to a private PAAS cloud.

Project 3: Deployment of infrastructure equipment and delivery of a new release on an existing application.

Responsibilities and actions:

• Receiving and analyzing needs, project scoping: high-level planning, cost estimation, risk management, and quality monitoring.

• Participation in architecture and security workshops, coordination with technical teams and architects.

• Facilitating project meetings: Kick-Off, Project Committee (CoProj), Steering Committee (CoPil), Kick-End.

• Backlog tracking, indicator monitoring, and critical action follow-up to ensure deadlines and security standards are met.

• Preparation and management of documents for change committees (CAB) and planning of production/service deployments.

• Handover from Build to Run with operational teams to ensure service continuity.

• Supervision of process implementation, CI/CD workflows, and release integration.

Technical environments: Private Cloud PAAS/IAAS, Kubernetes, VIP/WAF, CI/CD, Control-M, CFT, GitLab, Jenkins, Oracle, Dynatrace, JIRA.

Key results:

• Delivery of critical projects in compliance with CIS and ANSSI standards, ensuring application compliance and security.

• Migration of a savings application to the private cloud with no critical interruption for users.

• Deployment and delivery of new releases on critical environments while ensuring stable and secure operations.

• Improvement of coordination processes and CI/CD automation, reducing time-to-production.
