Within a startup, I contributed to the full-stack development of the platform, working across the entire chain: front-end, back-end, database, and DevOps (CI/CD). The startup environment exposed me directly to business teams (marketing, sales) and requirements gathering, strengthening my ability to bridge the gap between technical and product aspects.

I simultaneously held the roles of Product Owner / Project Manager and Web Developer within a globally distributed team, which required me to implement rigorous remote organization: coordinating time zones, asynchronous communication, tracking deliverables, and adapting task allocation to individual constraints.

Complete redesign from scratch of an internal tool intended to centralize information for a business department within a large organization. Project managed autonomously within a team of 4 interns, without direct technical supervision.

I participated in the entire cycle: gathering requirements from end-users (public with a higher average age, requiring particular attention to UX), mockups on Figma, then full-stack development. During the project, the team decided to migrate from React to Vue.js to standardize technologies with the internal IT department and ensure maintainability after our departure — a decision we collectively supported.

I also provided mentorship to interns who joined the project along the way.
