As a sportsman and competitor (artistic gymnastics and Thai boxing), I have repeatedly pushed my limits to achieve my athletic goals, developing physical abilities suited to these disciplines, but more importantly, psychological and mental strengths to overcome numerous serious injuries and return to my best level. This allowed me to later become a French team champion in gymnastics and have 15 fights in my boxing career.
Still driven by the quest to achieve my goals and obtain my desired results in sports, I have often stepped out of my comfort zone to find other solutions (training camps in Thailand, leaving my native island (Reunion Island) with very few resources to give myself more opportunities for success in mainland France for six years, far from everything).
It was from the point where I was no longer in my "comfort zone" that I developed numerous abilities that forced me to surpass myself. All these experiences have made me the person I am today and have allowed me to have a rich curriculum vitae in terms of professional and sporting experience. It is for all these reasons that today I am embarking on new challenges, accompanying as many people as possible in their transformations.
