• Financial management of the company, supervision of financing operations and investments, analysis of indicators and dashboards.

• Fundraising management (€2.5M), knowledge of levers and banking players.

• Team management, 14 people in season and 4 off-season.

• Recruitment management: posting ads, meeting candidates, increasing staff and production capacity.

• Conducting media interviews (press, radio, and television) to promote the company's activities and news to the general public.

• Human resources management, supervision of recruitment and training plans.

• Conducting meetings with shareholders, presenting the annual report (revenue, completed projects...) and the strategy.

• Definition of medium and short-term strategic directions and objectives to be achieved, selection of development projects and investments.

• Coordination of external communication:

• Definition and management of the communication plan, press relations.

• Building a press file.

• Development of a local professional network and partnerships with key players in the sector.

• Development of communication plans adapted to target audiences by selecting channels to use and the tone to adopt.
