Context: implementation of a change management plan for a new ERP in France and internationally. Lead change and build an onboarding plan. Pilot the smooth running of the project. Support stakeholders, respect the schedule and the quality of deliverables. Implementation of KPIs for monitoring adoption and satisfaction. Structure and facilitate the monitoring of the new ERP adoption. Engage user communities. Creation of training materials (e-learning, user guide, reports). Design and disseminate communication materials (newsletters, infographics, user guides, training materials). Build relationships with service providers. Concrete impacts: 3 departments, 5 managers, and 50 employees supported in transforming their practices and reinventing their work methods. 500 employees in France and 245 internationally trained in French and English.

Context: Conduct a digital diagnosis of an ERP and manage a quality approach for a company specializing in hydraulics. Design visual training materials. Measure and monitor adoption and satisfaction indicators to detect resistance, frustrations, and real needs. Supervise the work of junior employees during missions within the framework. Propose corrective actions and continuous improvements to maintain strong engagement dynamics. Monitor and validate changes during decision-making committees.
