I support the Production Manager in cost control and the optimization of industrial processes.

My responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and monitoring production costs to identify variances and optimization opportunities

• Implementing performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational management

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within production processes

• Supporting operational decision-making through industrial data analysis

• Contributing to the optimization of the site’s economic performance

This experience takes place in a sensitive industrial environment characterized by high standards of quality, confidentiality, and performance specific to the Defense sector.

Reporting to the Strategy and Sales Planning Department of BMW France, within the Commercial Programs Steering team, I contribute to the implementation of the commercial policies for BMW and MINI , working closely with sales, finance, and dealer network teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the design and deployment of commercial programs for new vehicles, used vehicles, and corporate clients

• Monitoring and managing financial incentives granted to the dealer network

• Improving internal steering tools and contributing to process digitalization

• Developing new reporting tools to track commercial performance

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Management, Controlling, Network Performance teams, and BMW Finance

This internship enables me to strengthen my analytical skills, operational rigor, and understanding of the strategic challenges within the premium automotive sector.

• - Developed a marketing plan and created advertising for the launch of several new products

• - Optimized inventory and stock management using digital tools

• - Assisted in daily workshop organization : scheduling tasks and coordinating teams
