Raphaël Dukan

A look at my background:

After obtaining a double degree in engineering and business 8 years ago, I was looking for a profession that would allow me to continue combining technical skills with business challenges, and I started a career as a data analyst!

I first worked at Criteo (Digital Marketing, Retargeting) where I learned to manipulate datasets to draw business conclusions and support sales teams and engineers in their daily decision-making, as well as top management for strategic issues.

A second role at Algolia (Software Publishing, Search As A Service) led me to rethink the data model of a company. Joining the data team at its creation, I supported various departments in setting up structured databases.

Since then, I have had 2 freelance missions:

- The first at Ebay, during which I supported Product Managers in launching a new product

- The second at Qonto, during which I helped the Product teams (first part of the mission) then Growth (second part of the mission) in establishing KPIs adapted to their needs and building dashboards.

As for me:

Like many people, I enjoy travel, music, and sunshine, and like few people, I enjoy analyzing numbers :)

I know how to and enjoy integrating quickly into a new environment!

The main missions I can support you with:

- Ad-hoc analysis of datasets to aid decision-making

- Implementation of reporting tools (dashboard construction, process automation)

- Support in data project management (analysis of existing situation, definition of needs and KPIs to track, implementation of a data strategy)

- Maintenance and development of BI tools (experience with Looker)

- Point of contact between technical and business teams
