Raphaël De Zorzi

Through my training, with a master's degree in "Information Technology and Information Systems Expert", and especially my experience at LCL where I was responsible for the evolutionary maintenance of about twenty DATA-oriented applications (Oracle, Teradata, Cloudera) with very varied functional domains. I have a good ability to adapt to various issues, whether functional or technical. My roles were initially to intervene as a development team (MOE), from the project setup to help frame the needs with business and project management (MOA), carry out or manage modeling, development up to production and its monitoring, and ensure the restitution of integrated flows (BO, SAS, Qlik view). Then, thanks to the acquired experience, to assist the various business units in their needs. I wanted to focus more on project management, and the role of Data Analyst to best meet business needs, as it allowed me to frame the project with them from the beginning of their reflection and to assist them once implemented.

I also collaborated on the implementation of Chatbots to assist the branch network by working jointly with a publisher, and the AI department of LCL. This involved understanding the needs identified by the AI team with both functional and technical challenges. Thinking about its implementation with the publisher and then managing the various teams necessary for its realization. But also, the implementation of internal tools for finer analysis of usage statistics to improve the proposed product.

I enjoy challenges, understanding new needs, working in a team, and contributing to its implementation. This is what drove me to work as a consultant, and I would be delighted to assist you with your client needs, while using the baggage acquired through my projects related to the network or different business units.
