As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Advyteam, I am responsible for leading the company's technological strategy and ensuring the continuous innovation of our digital solutions. My role is structured around several key areas:

Defining and Leading Technological Strategy:

I oversee the development and improvement of our proprietary solutions – PeoplApp, PeoplMap, and PeoplAsk. These solutions cover essential areas such as digital HR management, collaboration in virtual spaces, and the use of AI-based chatbots. My goal is to ensure these products remain at the forefront of technology and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Encouraging Innovation:

I focus on identifying emerging technological trends and strategically integrating them into our solutions. For example, the complete redesign of PeoplApp in 2024 is an illustration of our ability to transform customer feedback into concrete innovations.

Promoting Cross-Functional Collaboration:

I collaborate closely with product, sales, and consulting teams to align technology with the company's overall objectives. I also ensure the establishment of a culture of sharing and digital transformation, where each team can contribute to maximizing our impact.

Managing Technological Resources and Projects:

My role also involves motivating and guiding our technical teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution. I also manage technological partnerships and ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards.
