  • Margo
    Senior Consultant & C#.Net Coach
    DIGITAL AND IT
    January 2023 - March 2024 (1 year and 3 months)
    Paris, France
Margo is an IT consulting firm specializing in the finance sector. My achievements within the company were as follows.

-> Intervention on LBP AM client projects as a senior C# developer. In full restructuring, an experienced perspective on the project was necessary for its proper evolution in the face of the architectural challenges it faced.
-> Coaching and mentoring of junior developers in C# and best practices
  • ENGIE - GEMS - FR - Engie Global Markets
    Senior C# Consultant
    ENERGY AND UTILITIES
    July 2022 - December 2022 (6 months)
    Paris, France
During my time at Engie between June and November 2022 as a developer, I had the opportunity to work on a proven software, orchestrating real-time gas delivery across Europe. My main role was focused on developing new features using C# .Net and WPF, while aiming to improve the overall performance of the system.

To contribute further, I volunteered for a graphical components migration project, a technical challenge aimed at improving the ergonomics and performance of the user interface. This was a great opportunity to explore and propose innovative solutions to optimize the user experience.

Faced with significant technical debt, I sought to raise awareness within the team about certain aspects of technical debt and the possibilities for continuous improvement. However, the project's priorities at that stage were mainly focused on maintainability and the delivery of key features.

Organizationally, there was an attempt to adopt an Agile approach with the help of Jira. Although the full implementation of agile principles presented challenges, it provided a platform for discussing work methodologies and seeking process improvements.

This experience at Engie was an enriching chapter, exposing me to diverse technical and organizational challenges. It reinforced my understanding of the importance of communication and adaptability in a complex project environment. It also allowed me to consolidate my technical skills while seeking to add value in a demanding and constantly evolving context.

  • Stago
    C# Developer
    HEALTH AND WELLNESS
    February 2019 - February 2022 (3 years)
    Gennevilliers, France
Context - Stago is a leader in the niche of blood analysis for hemostasis. It owes its success to the discovery of an economical and highly effective measurement technique for its time. Today, in a highly competitive sector, Stago is developing a new range of machines that improve upon the existing ones, including a more modern user interface. The team responsible for developing the biological intelligence and machine interface works using Agile methodology with a set of very strict quality processes for the most reliable solution possible. The project is developed for the long term, 15-20 years.
Experience: This mission took place in two phases, the first as a developer on the flagship project and the second with technical and architectural responsibilities, mentored by the R&D team's tech architects. These projects allowed me to acquire the necessary skills and experience for the Tech Lead position, particularly thanks to a very rich and demanding technical environment and highly skilled individuals.
    Missions:
    ○ 2019: C#.Net Framework + WPF and Postgre SQL development to implement new system functionalities and fix critical bugs
    ○ 2020, in addition to 2019 tasks: Technical design of new features, refactoring of critical code sections to optimize maintainability and compatibility with future developments
    ○ 2021-22, in addition to 2020 tasks: Design of internal tooling projects to centralize access to files and documents related to, among other things, the team's R&D build process.
