As part of a transformation mission within the TGITS department, I supported the restructuring of Contract Management service piloting with the objectives of strengthening processes, governance, and reporting mechanisms related to the presentation of Contract Committees for each division.

The TGITS department is organized into 8 Divisions, each representing a distinct business line. A Contract Committee dedicated to each Division was to be set up every 2 months to provide visibility on high-stakes contracts while facilitating arbitration and risk management. I contributed to the implementation of a roadmap vision for strategic contracts, enabling clear reading of each contract's lifecycle, its deadlines, and associated sourcing actions.

I led a study to provide visibility on orders without contracts, broken down by service category, placed by several suppliers for the years 2023, 2024, and currently in 2025. The objective was to automate this model to track it in real-time and allow division directors to arbitrate on the strategy to adopt with these suppliers (using framework agreements, framework agreements for the purchase of services, reducing orders, etc.)

Assisting FDJ in framing a project to migrate their front-end components to the AWS cloud. I was involved in the initial phase, ensuring the definition of governance, the implementation of project framing, and the operational readiness of the various stakeholders involved. This strategic project aimed to change all processes, tools, and governance for teams on a large scale. The framing phase was particularly challenging given the multitude of teams impacted by the project and the evolving operational model defined by FDJ.

Assisting FDJ in restructuring a project with a regulatory dimension that was hampered by delays and a lack of visibility on the scope of intervention. My role was to ensure a new structure and a new working framework to facilitate decision-making and provide better visibility on the remaining work for each sub-project.

Assisting Carrefour Assurance in the framing and implementation of a major project to enable the "add to cart" of a warranty extension on the Carrefour.fr website for all EPCS products. I was involved in a complex environment with many stakeholders, as this project had impacts on both Carrefour Assurance and Carrefour Retail.

It was essential to ensure alignment in the business orientations of Carrefour Assurance as well as IT, with a coherent architecture between the two information systems to handle the flows enabling display, warranty calculation, re-invoicing, etc.

I served as the Epic Owner for this warranty extension project within a SAFe context.

Assisting Carrefour Assurance in implementing liability insurance for all its customers holding an EDPM (Electric Personal Mobility Device) – NVEI (New Personal Mobility Device).

I held the role of lead project manager for the entire project until its go-live and the deployment of marketing actions.
