After a career as an employee in large groups and SMEs in HR and Financial Management positions, I began an entrepreneurial journey that led me to manage several companies in various sectors:

From wine trading to tech and events, I currently manage and co-manage 3 companies in the fields of Training, Well-being, and Strategic Consulting.

During my journey, I encountered difficulties, challenges, and failures that led me to adopt a mentor role, which is what I offer to leaders and entrepreneurs.

I primarily support men and women who do not forget that at the heart of any strategy lies the Human factor, whether they are alone or with partners.

For these individuals, I act as an Integrator, proposing different strategies to achieve the objectives and missions set by the leader.

I work alone or with one or more COOs from my network. Like me, they are committed to stepping out of their businesses to put their expertise at the service of other leaders.
