My Philosophy
There are many Ruby on Rails training courses that promise a quick career change to IT and the web development profession. Through my various experiences, I have met many junior developers who have chosen this adventure. They were all passionate and motivated, and they had learned to work like developers in record time, but they hadn't had the time to learn to think like architects.
I see myself primarily as a trainer and a "distributor of good advice and best practices" rather than simple digital labor.
What I enjoy most is sharing my expertise with inexperienced teams that bring together these types of profiles and are looking to consolidate their stack and technical level. I believe that early in a company's life, good advice at the right times easily replaces the need for a full-time senior to grow.
For situations where advice is no longer enough, I know how to roll up my sleeves and get involved, whether it's developing SDKs, internal tools, new back-end features, or refactoring critical existing features.
My Services
- Continuous Training (€250/day) : Regular and long-term interventions to accelerate a team's technical skill gain through PR reviews, training sessions, coaching, and upstream specification participation. I can also act as a developer when necessary (+€250/day additional, for a total of €500/day).
- Development (€600/day) : Development of back-end features, third-party API integrations, refactoring.
