About Raphaël

**Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences**, I support organizations in understanding and transforming behaviors, by combining high-level scientific expertise with operational field constraints.

My approach is based on applied behavioral sciences (social and environmental psychology). I intervene in contexts of decision-making, usage, and action, integrating cognitive, affective, social, and environmental dimensions.

I support my clients throughout the project cycle:

- Behavioral diagnosis (usage analysis, field surveys, quantitative and qualitative data),
- Design of behavioral interventions (arrangements, systems, non-coercive levers),
- Change management support (ownership, resistance, collective dynamics),
- Impact evaluation and system adjustment.

My areas of intervention notably cover mobility, public policies, organizational transformation, as well as gender, equality, and inclusion issues. I regularly work on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and constrained environments.

Accustomed to working with multidisciplinary teams (innovation, HR, CSR, research, public actors), I favor rigorous, ethical, and measurable interventions, far from standardized solutions or out-of-context "nudges". My goal is to produce empirically founded, strategic, and actionable recommendations that can withstand the test of reality.
