When business underperforms, the causes are often invisible: poorly calibrated pricing, suboptimal channels, unstructured processes.
This is where I come in.
My approach combines rapid identification of underutilized levers with operational implementation to transform silent losses into concrete revenue.
After 3 years at The Babel Community (a multi-site network of +300 units), I co-managed the creation and development of short-term rentals, contributing to significant RevPAR and occupancy rate growth in a rapidly expanding environment.
I intervene in particular on:
