IT project management mission within CAGIP (Crédit Agricole), for the deployment of IT infrastructures for the Wholesale & Transactional Banking division (CACIB).

Management of database migrations (MSSQL to PostgreSQL) in a complex, multi-team environment: scoping, POC, phased deployment, production cutover, and decommissioning of source environments.

Management of on-premise to private cloud (CAGIP OpenStack / Kubernetes infrastructure) and public cloud (GCP, AWS) application migrations: prerequisite analysis, target architecture definition, coordination of infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams, and management of cutover phases.

Senior project manager mission at Red Hat, responsible for a portfolio of Red Hat technology adoption projects for major clients (Orange, AFD, CNMSS, URSSAF, SPB, Geodis, Amadeus).

End-to-end management of implementation and migration projects: migrations to OpenShift, OpenStack deployments, Red Hat SSO, AMQ Streams, Fuse, and Satellite integrations. Coordination of POC, pilot, and generalization phases with client sponsors.

Facilitation of scoping committees, architecture workshops, and steering committees with Red Hat architects and client management. Management of Go/NoGo decisions at each key milestone and project risk management (technical, planning, dependencies).

Planning of architect interventions, multi-client coordination, and budget tracking of project envelopes (up to €2 million). Development of PMO steering dashboards and monthly client reporting.

Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and resolution of inter-team technical blockers.

Two successive project manager missions at Orange France (Arcueil), covering network and telecommunications infrastructure virtualization from January 2020 to March 2022.

vPOP Project (€7 million) — End-to-end deployment of a multi-vendor virtualized POP (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, Atos, Juniper) in Orange data centers. Implementation of governance bodies (architecture committees, monthly steering committees, weekly operational committees). Management of the Build phase, cross-functional coordination of IT, network, data center, and security teams, and supplier management. Deployment of Jira for Agile management: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Management of cutover Go/NoGo decisions and budget management in line with forecasts.

IMS Project (€2 million) — Deployment of the private cloud infrastructure for the backup & restore platform (ARC) for Nokia IMS nodes, replacing the on-premise NEBR solution. Facilitation of technical workshops and development of the roadmap with Nokia. Risk management and CAB approval for all sensitive operations. Management of link construction and backup traffic cutover to the new virtualized nodes, with organization of post-deployment support cells.
