Technical assistance mission for the Tunisian Ministry of Health IT Center (CIMS), as part of the national Health Information System modernization program funded by the World Bank.

• • Monitoring of several parallel SI projects: national health identifier, resource and equipment management, ministry HRIS, and definition of enterprise and interoperability architecture principles for the health IS.

• • Review of architecture documents produced by service providers and examination of technical choices.

• • Recommendations on architectural choices and project arbitration, in coordination with CIMS teams.

Within the central architecture team, responsible for functional consistency and IS urbanization for cross-functional projects covering several domains: regulatory compliance (electronic invoicing, Naegelen law), diagnosis and customer relationship (mobile and fixed), business development, redesign of business applications, and design of a new service catalog model.

Achievements:

• • Qualification of business requests and impact analysis on the existing system.

• • Detailed functional design and writing of User Stories for the product backlog.

• • Support for the team in adopting REST best practices and TM Forum recommendations.

• • Coordination with stakeholders in France and Tunisia.

• • Functional support for development and testing teams.
