For 15 years, I have held financial management positions in environments with tight cash flow, namely SMEs, sustainable startups, and tech startups.

I have developed strong skills in finance, accounting, management control, and administration, as well as extensive experience in social law, HR-Payroll, and corporate law.

In 2017, I participated in the acquisition of a company with 17 employees through external growth and managed the accounting and tax absorption via a universal transfer of assets (TUP) while overseeing social, financial, accounting, tax, and legal integration.

I have also managed the follow-up of absorption mergers and TUP operations.

Therefore, I am familiar with calculating merger gains/losses, preparing the legal calendar for all actions and legal steps, from consulting the CSE (Works Council) of the acquiring and acquired companies before the dissolution decision to sending the acquired company's tax return to the tax authorities.

My accounting experience allows me to be effective in coordinating with the accounting firm and directing exchanges with the statutory auditor or other financial and/or accounting experts. This has enabled me to develop and refine my analytical, synthesis, and risk prevention skills in accounting and tax matters.

I also learned to adapt very quickly to new environments and to work in a team.
