What kind of projects are "my thing"?

Imagine your project was to plant a palm tree in the desert.

You'd put me on the next plane with a coconut and kick me out with a parachute somewhere over the desert. My talent is to find the way to the nearest water source without a map, to inspire the local Bedouins for gardening, and to relentlessly defend the little palm tree against sun, budget cuts, and hungry desert animals. If things go well, the Bedouins will have so much fun gardening that a magnificent oasis will soon emerge...

In what environment do I operate?

Microservices on Kubernetes or serverless environments are my preferred implementation platform. However, in my opinion, effective & honest communication between all project stakeholders is more important than any technology: my "classic" example here is the ticket that the development team puts into the "good old" Remedy system, only to receive information from an anonymous operations department halfway through the sprint that "a new server first needs to be requested"... :-)

If necessary, I can supplement existing teams with further colleagues from my DevOps network.
