Proven track record in consortium strategy, prime displacement and direct government positioning contributing to revenue growth from £50m to £250m+ within three years.

Maintain active partnerships with established financial advisory, political communications and business development organisations across Europe, enabling cross-border coordination and strategic execution.

Best suited to organisations with active government exposure, procurement ambitions or regulatory complexity requiring delivery-backed fractional leadership.
