As a consultant with technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of the GDPR, I guide organizations in the introduction and further development of IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP, AI applications) and ensure that data protection is implemented structurally and effectively from the outset.

- Establishment and further development of data protection organizations

- Activity as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO)

- Conducting and evaluating Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

- Development of data protection and governance concepts

- Analysis of data processing activities and risks

- Creation and review of records of processing activities

- Consulting on technical and organizational measures (TOMs)

In addition, I support executives in confidently managing the challenges of digital transformation. As a coach, I combine technical expertise with reflective guidance and create space for clear decisions, structured communication, and sustainable implementation.
