As a Data Entry Officer at Tropic Mad, I am responsible for managing and recording customer order data, ensuring their compliance before integration into the central database. My role includes creating and updating Sales Order Lines as well as recording accessory orders. I also ensure the structuring of textile information, according to defined priorities, to guarantee the accuracy of the billing documents to be generated. This position allows me to actively contribute to the optimization of the administrative process and the smoothness of commercial operations.

As an intern in 2019, I contributed to the improvement of internal processes, providing support in daily operations management and optimizing customer relations while developing skills in financial management and market analysis.

As a Stockist at Hasimbola Pharmacy, I handled the reception and storage of packages, verified and entered invoices, and managed inventories. I also supervised deliveries, ensuring the smooth running of logistical operations and adherence to deadlines.
