🎓 After high school, life was the real school.

No long studies, no clear path. I worked various odd jobs until 2018 when I discovered the world of offshore customer service. I was a novice, motivated, but not yet ready. My very first position: email customer service advisor. Unfortunately, after a few months, my probationary period was not renewed.

💔 A big disappointment. But also a turning point.

I took the time to do a real personal assessment: what were my shortcomings? How could I improve? No question of giving up. With resilience and a desire to learn, I reapplied for jobs, and little by little, I regained confidence.

📞 I evolved:

outgoing call customer advisor

then technical advisor on a complex project,

until being promoted to production quality controller.

💡 What I learned from it? Perseverance, curiosity, and humility allowed me to grow, and above all, to turn failure into a stepping stone.

Today, I am Tsiry, with several years of experience in customer relations. I am looking for a remote opportunity to support companies in managing their customers, products, and services.
