Pharmainvest is a pharmaceutical distribution company in Algeria. I serve as their embedded technical partner, building and maintaining the internal sales operations platform used daily by their tele-sales team and supervisors.

The platform — a unified workspace for tele-sales:

A full-stack sales dashboard (Angular 21 + NestJS 11) that brings order entry, real-time KPI tracking, client management, complaint handling, and outbound calling into a single interface — so agents never leave the screen to do their job.

Key capabilities I built:

• Integrated VoIP calling — SIP.js + WebRTC embedded directly into the dashboard, connected to an on-premise VoIP server I set up and linked to a GSM gateway. Agents click-to-call clients from the order screen, with call state synced to the workflow

• Order entry workflow — client autocomplete, FEFO batch allocation, quota management, and multi-warehouse order splitting against live SAP HANA data

• Real-time KPI dashboards — Angular Material + ECharts visualizations, progress rings, and dynamic counter cards powered by Angular Signals

• Role-based access — JWT authentication with supervisor/operator roles, guards, interceptors, and multi-salesperson data scoping

• Sales objectives via Google Sheets — managers update monthly targets in a shared spreadsheet, pulled into the dashboard through the Sheets API with in-memory caching. No code changes, no deployments

• PDF reporting — server-side generation via jsreport with Chrome/Puppeteer rendering and Handlebars templates

Ongoing partnership:

Beyond the dashboard, I maintain and improve the wider technical environment — debugging and extending deployed Crystal Reports, HANA stored procedures and triggers, and other internal web applications as the business evolves.

O'djadja is a poultry retail and production business in Algeria. I was engaged as their software consultant to design and build a complete ERP system from scratch — replacing manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single integrated platform spanning back office, point of sale, customer ordering, and mobile operations.

The system — one ERP, five applications:

A pnpm monorepo unifying a NestJS API, an Angular admin dashboard, an Angular cashier POS, an Angular PWA for customers, and a Flutter mobile app — all sharing the same data model, auth, and business rules.

Key capabilities I built:

• Inventory with real accountability — append-only inventory ledger with FEFO batch picking, so every stock movement is auditable and nothing gets lost between counts

• POS cash sessions — shift-based accountability with variance detection and per-line COGS, giving owners a clear answer to "did the till balance and what did we actually earn today?"

• Customer pre-order workflow — full lifecycle from Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Completed → Paid, with Firebase push notifications keeping customers informed at every step

• Loyalty program — points earn/redeem/adjust, tier management, and gift redemption, integrated end-to-end across POS, PWA, and mobile

• Finance with double-entry bookkeeping — proper accounting foundations built in from day one, not bolted on later

• Fine-grained access control — 6 roles and 40+ permissions enforced through custom guards and decorators, plus Firebase Auth for the customer-facing apps

• Trilingual interface — English, French, and Arabic (RTL) supported across all five applications

Engineering quality:

27 feature modules, 25+ Prisma models, 87 unit and end-to-end tests (Jest + Playwright), Swagger API documentation, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions. Built to be maintained, not just shipped.

• • Built a health charity management system (Angular 20 + Firebase) with medical equipment inventory, loan tracking, medication distribution with batch management, and prescription cycle monitoring

• • Implemented smart notification engine aggregating data from 4 sources to alert on equipment return deadlines and medication shortages

• • Developed bilingual interface (English/Arabic) with full RTL support, responsive Material UI, and QR code/PDF export functionality

• • Delivered custom web applications across healthcare, food service, and automotive industries, replacing spreadsheet-based workflows with centralized platforms

• • Built responsive UIs with Angular Material, Angular CDK breakpoint observer, and signal-based reactive state management
