I help finance organisations modernise their Record-to-Report processes and build internal control frameworks that actually hold up to audit scrutiny — not just on paper.

Over 14+ years across KPMG, Protiviti, Capgemini, and most recently as Head of Internal Control & R2R at Kering SA, I’ve built and run internal control programmes spanning 40+ entities, led BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA implementations, and designed SOX/ICFR compliance frameworks from the ground up. I’ve also recovered USD 12M in revenue and delivered USD 2M in cost savings on prior engagements through control redesign and process optimisation.

What I bring to a mission:

•BlackLine implementation, administration and AMOA — from initial scoping through go-live and adoption

•SAP S/4HANA finance process design, with a focus on R2R and controls embedded in the system, not bolted on after

•SOX/ICFR readiness — gap assessments, control design, testing frameworks, remediation

•Internal control programme design using COSO, including SoD ruleset design within GRC tools

•Shared services / GBS finance leadership, having scaled control functions across multi-entity, multi-country groups

I’m CIA-certified, hold an MBA from IIM Indore (top 15%), and have worked across India, Hong Kong, and France — comfortable in matrixed, multicultural environments and fluent in navigating both Anglo-Saxon and French corporate governance expectations (French B1, actively improving).

Available for interim missions, project-based engagements, or advisory mandates — based in Paris, open to Dubai and remote/hybrid arrangements.
