As a versatile assistant, I intervened on all administrative and commercial tasks: entering quotes, purchase orders, invoices, managing purchases and sales. As a sales assistant in a packaging company, I carried out the rigorous entry of customer data, the preparation of quotes, purchase orders and invoices. I ensured complete administrative monitoring of orders until they were invoiced, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

As a sales representative within a company, I was responsible for prospecting new customers, collecting and entering their information into our database. My main objective was to convert them into active customers through personalized follow-up. I also managed order entry, process monitoring until delivery, as well as after-sales service to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen their loyalty.
