• Member of the local management team at both the power plant in Mehrum and the parent company in Munich (Revenue: €200 million | Employees: 140).

• Key contributor to the project group for developing a new 850 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant — responsible for financial modelling and evaluation of investment bids.

• Actively involved in the evaluation of bids and performance assessment for a large-scale battery storage project, including financial viability and return analysis.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.

• Lead and manage a team of three finance professionals across two operational sites.

• Oversee tax compliance, including corporate income tax and VAT obligations.

• Member of the local management team at Allweiler (Revenue: €380 Million | Employees: 2,000).

• Leadership of the Finance Shared Services Center across Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, India, and China.

• Securing annual reporting close 2024 under difficult in accordance with US GAAP.

• Identifying and hiring resources in the most important companies (India, Germany, France) who were facing severe difficulties to report for year end.

• Ensuring compliance and improvement of internal controls (SOX controls and account reconciliations).

• Leading a team of 35 finance professionals across nine sites in Europe and India.

• Restored reporting capabilities at three key locations that were on the verge of inoperability due to staff turnover and long-term absences.

• Delivered significant improvement in working capital, reducing overdue receivables from 30% to 15% within two months.

• Oversaw tax compliance, including corporate income tax and VAT
