Integrated into two cross-functional squads at BNP Paribas – BCEF Retail, I act as a technical-functional Lead QA on strategic projects for fraud detection and securing digital customer journeys. The work focuses on the scoring engine, customer journey traceability (transfers, 3DS payments, etc.) via a web application, fraud alert processing via a web application dedicated to the anti-fraud service, and the implementation of strong authentication via the digital key, to protect digital customer journeys.
