Additionally, redesigned absenteeism processes for maximum efficiency.

Prior to that, as **Project and Interim Manager**, I was fully responsible for the logistics operation and deployment of 1200+ employees for key accounts — managing multiple locations and teams with a focus on profitability.

Started as a **Recruitment Specialist**: strategic partner for clients in translating recruitment goals into effective processes and optimizing the candidate journey for a higher match ratio.
