I specialized in delivering end-to-end solutions for government clients, most notably the Faroese Weather Service, where I architected and built their entire modern forecasting infrastructure from the ground up.

Directed the on-premise cloud program, owning the entire infrastructure lifecycle from managing hardware procurement and logistics directly with Dell, to single-handedly architecting and deploying the complete Kubernetes and HPC cluster.

Architected a unified data platform by engineering a single pipeline to ingest real-time weather station telemetry into a specialized time-series database. This system served as the single source of truth, both powering a live public data visualization UI and generating specialized BUFR data for international partners like the DMI.

Managed the full product lifecycle for the user-facing software suite built atop this data platform, delivering a geospatial database, a real-time dashboard, and a forecast entry system that streamlined the delivery of critical weather intelligence to media outlets and public safety authorities, including the national broadcaster, Kringvarpið.
