I participate in the development of Pawtend, a US-based company offering boarding and daycare services for animals (dogs and cats).

I contribute to the creation and evolution of a complete ecosystem:

Web applications for various profiles (customer, staff, admin)

Customer-facing mobile application

Booking process, stay management, and internal hotel management tools

I work within a team of 5 people on a monorepo, using a React, NestJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma stack.

This project involves a high level of responsibility: complex codebase, rich business needs, high demands for quality, maintainability, and architecture (domain structuring, best practices, robustness of booking and management flows).

As a full-stack engineer (React, JavaScript, and Node.js), I was responsible for the complete development of the subsidiary's internal applications. I was the sole developer in the IT team, working directly with my project manager, which allowed me to manage the entire development cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Implementation of internal solutions and elimination of costly external solutions, allowing the subsidiary to **save over €100,000 per year**.

• Significant improvement of the user experience for internal teams,

• Security vulnerability patching, as well as backend issues that overloaded servers

• Creation and evolution of advanced internal applications,

• Development and launch of new digital solutions to modernize internal processes.

Application Development and Security:

Design and implementation of an internal ticketing application, ensuring its security and robustness to meet La Poste's specific needs.

Territorial Deployment: Management of the application's deployment across the territory, ensuring coordination and adaptation according to local specificities.

Training and Presentation: Organization of training and presentation sessions for the application to employees, facilitating its adoption and optimal use throughout La Poste's territory.

Database Management: Responsible for managing the internal database, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.

Feature Testing: Conducting in-depth tests on the functionalities of the Commag project, a project for commissioning mail carriers and counter staff across France, to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with requirements.
