Supporting the skill development of a group of 18 learners to prepare them for the practice of the artificial intelligence developer profession, and for the interactions they will have with their professional peers and clients.

Skills targeted by the training:

• Develop analytical data management for an application project

• Develop an artificial intelligence program

• Manage an application development project

My main missions:

• Prepare the training: Participate in the recruitment of learners. Guarantee a pedagogical framework. Organization of training sessions, respect for inclusion values, with the pedagogical team and in particular. Produce pedagogical content.

• Lead the training: Lead the learners' project execution. Teach learners to select, edit, and share the most relevant content from the web. Develop learners' transversal skills such as collaborative work, self-learning, the ability to organize themselves, evaluate and present their work, express themselves well, and question themselves.

• Evaluate/valorize the learners' skill development

• Prepare for professional integration: Contribute to the organization of meetings/events. Support learners in their adoption of company codes.

Technical environment: Python, Tensorflow, Sk-learn, Mysql, dash by ploty, flask, Pandas, Numpy, …

The mission consists of supporting the skill development of a group of 22 learners to prepare them for the practice of the data developer profession, and for the interactions they will have with their professional peers and clients.

1. Guarantee a pedagogical framework: assimilation of company codes, organization of training sessions, respect for inclusion values, with the pedagogical team and in particular. Produce pedagogical content.
