Business development: prospecting, needs analysis, response to calls for tender.

Financial management: budget preparation, expense monitoring, and profitability analysis.

Responsible for coordination with external auditors for statutory and group audits of European subsidiaries. Responsible for the audit and periodic J-Sox reporting to Konica Minolta Japan group for EMEA and US regions. Co-responsible for coordinating due diligence and preparing data rooms for mergers and acquisitions. Analysis and investigation of discrepancies between projected budget and actual expenses. Monitoring key performance indicators to verify achievement of objectives and identify areas for improvement. Implementation of the internal control plan and contribution to fraud prevention. Communication of anomalies or difficulties encountered to management to enable rapid resolution.
