I am dynamic and organized with extensive experience in business development and export administration management. My main goal is to satisfy clients and take on new challenges.

With a Master's degree in International Business and experience in managing European-scale projects, I have acquired expertise in client portfolio management, team coordination, and new market development.

In my current role as a Virtual Assistant at Minautor Paris, I contributed to doubling revenue in one year by setting up and managing a team of five export administration staff and by developing new products and markets on a European scale.

Before that, I worked at ITECO Oilfield Supply France SAS as an Export Coordinator, where I managed a portfolio of export clients in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America, as well as order management, tracking country-specific documents, and organizing maritime, air, and road transport.

I also have experience in export administration and logistics at Total Energies, where I optimized orders and transport for Total subsidiaries and ensured high-quality customer service, as well as in managing the EMEA client portfolio at Tarkett France, where I ensured client satisfaction by managing orders and complaints.
