Rafael took over the renovation project of our eCommerce, from Magento 1 to 2, including design and functional changes. This project had already been executed by another company, but with a rather poor result, so Rafael had the patience to investigate and delve into what had been done initially, to then begin to resolve point by point all pending, incomplete, or malfunctioning issues. I believe the strong points are patience, technical knowledge, and constant communication, both from himself and the team he works with. Points for improvement could be the execution times, however, the delay can be attributed to the characteristics of the project I mentioned earlier. For future projects, I would definitely consider him and his team, and for those reading this review and who have a project in any of the areas Rafael handles, I would absolutely recommend him.
