Passionate about designing innovative services and products, I have solid experience in product design and development, within startups, large corporations, or innovative entities (B2C / B2B).

Here are the areas I can manage or directly intervene in:

- Delivery: backlog management, ritual facilitation, writing functional specifications, and monitoring roadmap execution in collaboration with developers.

- Discovery: gathering needs (defining and implementing the appropriate method: qualitative, quantitative, etc.) at the beginning of a project as well as in more advanced phases (implementing a user-centric framework and feedback loops). Conducting discovery or managing service providers.

- Strategy: defining a short and medium-term product roadmap and strategy aligned with business and strategic objectives as well as user needs. Defining and implementing frameworks to identify opportunities.

- UX/UI: I am very comfortable with audits, analyses, and recommendations, and ideation, but I no longer do prototyping as such.

- Data: Measuring and monitoring the impact of new features, analyses to support and guide product decisions. (amplitude, google analytics, google tag manager, looker, metabase)

- Project management & management: coordination and supervision of creative and product teams.
