• Manage internal mobility

• Manage partner providers (employment agencies, consulting firms...)

• Define recruitment performance indicators and formalize a dashboard accessible to the entire HR department

• Oversee and report on the recruitment budget (media plan, tools, providers)

• Act as the reference support for HR departments in entrusted recruitments.

• Directly handle recruitments for Executives and Sales staff (100 recruitments filled/year)

• Define needs in close collaboration with operational staff by formalizing a job description

• Implement the candidate search strategy

• Manage applications: select candidates for interviews, conduct interviews and administer selection tools (tests), write reports, conduct professional reference checks, establish a final shortlist to present to operational staff, and support management in decision-making
